Peanut Butter Dip

Last week, I was seeing all these good recipes online but I couldn’t make them since it was Passover. Now that I am back to regular cooking and eating, nothing was going to get in my way.

I saw this yogurt dip on TikTok, not sure who created the actual recipe though. It looked so simple yet delicious and I knew I had to make it. I will write out my measurements down below. Also, the fact that it was only 3 ingredients that I always have on hand, plus apples for dipping, made it very convenient.

I just love easy snacks like this one because you can whip it up in a few minutes and it is very nutritious, depending on your choice of dippers.

I eat apples with peanut butter all the time but I never thought to make a peanut butter and yogurt dip. This was a yummy dip and the maple syrup adds the perfect little touch of sweetness.

If you didn’t want to eat it with apples, it would be equally tasty with graham crackers, pretzels or cookies. I definitely recommend trying this dip if you want to change up your snack routine.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl until smooth.
  2. Serve with apple slices, graham crackers, pretzels or cookies. Refrigerate any leftovers.
