I’m happy that passover is done because I can go back to having my fave – avocado toast. I make it all the time and I decided to make 2 different ones today.
So the one on the left is a more traditional version, with mashed avocado, salt, chili flakes and cucumber slices. It’s basic but delicious and I love the crunch of the bread and cucumber.
The one on the right is an avocado toast-pizza hybrid. I put mashed avocado, shredded cheese, and pizza seasoning (oregano, basil, chili flakes, garlic powder) then toasted it to get the cheese melted.
Both were super yummy and made for a great lunch.
