Since the Superbowl is this weekend (not saying I’m going to be watching it), I wanted to get in the spirit with some typical football foods. My fave might be wings. But not just any wings – healthy ones made with cauliflower.
I mean, yes they are coated in a light batter and yes they are doused in hot sauce, but they are much much healthier than traditional chicken wings. For one thing, they are baked instead of fried, and second, there is no skin, so that also cuts down on the amount of fat.
I love making these “wings”. The cauliflower was super tender and the sauce was super spicy and delicious. Love them.
