Smoothies are such a simple meal replacement, especially when they’re packed with so much goodness. It takes 5 minutes to prepare and you get a delicious drink. There are a few different smoothie recipes in the book, but I made the blueberry muffin one.
It was really good. The blueberries and banana gave a nice sweetness and the greek yogurt (to replace protein powder) made it super creamy. The oats and chia seeds added a lot of fibre, which helps to make you feel full. This was also just a really pretty smoothie so that made me liked it more.
Final thoughts: great smoothie, love the blueberry-oat combination.
