Quick and simple dishes like this one are the best. There’s hardly any prep and it comes together super fast, so it’s great for a busy weeknight. It also has less than 10 ingredients so that adds to the simplicity. The result is a super tasty and healthy dinner.
You can’t go wrong with a good pasta dish. I used rotisserie chicken and a tomato-olive pesto to give good flavour. I also added some tomato passata for a little extra tomato taste and it helped to make more of a sauce to coat the pasta. To serve, I just put a little ground pepper on top, that’s all. It was delicious.
