Recipe #49: Turkey, Pumpkin & White Bean Chili

Welcome to month 5! I am basically halfway through this cookbook which is pretty cool. I’m still loving it and having fun trying so many new recipes.

On a cold, almost, winter day, soup or chili is a good comfort food that just warms you up nicely. This chili was perfect. It was super hearty and filling and there was enough for a couple days.

When making this chili, it’s a good idea to have all the ingredients ready because it comes together quite fast. But it was super simple to make and it was really tasty. I liked the creaminess of the pumpkin with the turkey and all the veggies. I put some avocado and cilantro on top and ate it with tortilla chips. Delish.

Final thoughts: nice chili, warms you right up
