With peach season almost over, I had to use the last ones in this recipe. It was so good. And so easy. It’s just grilled peach halves with a spoon of ricotta cheese then a super simple honey-lemon-ginger syrup on top. Sometimes the simplest things are the most delicious
I have nothing bad to say about this, it was a great dessert. And pretty guilt free too which makes it even better. I also really enjoyed the hot peach with the cold ricotta – it was a nice contrast
