I’ve made baked chicken meatballs before and they’ve turned out well so I was hopeful for this recipe. These meatballs had a delicious sweet and spicy sauce which put them over the top. The combination of apricot jam, with the soy sauce and sriracha was so yummy. I would put that sauce on any other protein. The meatballs themselves were super flavourful too – packed with garlic, ginger and sesame
I served these meatballs with jasmine rice and steamed broccoli and carrots. It was a nice complete, balanced meal
Final thoughts: such a good meatball main course, even if it is categorized as an appetizer in the book
