So right off the bat, I made a big change to this recipe. The original uses pork and for dietary reasons, I used chicken breast instead. They’re both white meats so I figured it wouldn’t make a difference to the overall result. And I was right! These were some super good kabobs. The flavour of the marinade was sweet and salty and spicy (because of added sriracha) and it got a little caramelized on the grill which made it even better
I served these with quinoa and veggie skewers of pepper and red onion. Very nice friday dinner
Final thoughts: awesome kabobs, delicious marinade, would definitely use on other proteins
