I hope I’m not jinxing it, but I still have not made a recipe that I did not like! This couscous was so good and a delicious, light supper. It was quick to make and came together to easily
I loved the flavours from all the different spices and it really reminded me of the quinoa filling from recipe 2 (stuffed acorn squash). I liked how this couscous had the addition of chickpeas, it was a good protein boost. I have nothing bad to say about this dinner and I made zero changes or adjustments
Final thoughts: such a yummy and quick couscous dish, it’s definitely worth a try!
