We went to this restaurant (The Moose Pub) in a little town called valemount, BC. The server recommended we order their battered fried pickles. ​I’ve had fried pickles before but not like this. 

They are dill pickles coated in a cornmeal batter and fried. So they were super crunchy and a little spicy because they were served with a chipotle mayo dip.

I really enjoyed them because of the crunch and flavour. Would definitely recommend if you’re ever in the area
