You can’t really go wrong with guacamole. My version is usually just mashed avocado with lime, salt and pepper, but this recipe was so good! It was a bit of chopping with the tomato, onion, cilantro, garlic and jalapeno, but all those things really make it taste super good and fresh
I used green onion because I didn’t have any red, but I liked the mellower onion flavour that it gave to the dip
The only thing I would change is that I’d probably put more cayenne pepper or maybe another jalapeno pepper, just for a bit more of a kick
And my guac was served with homemade grilled tortilla chips which were quite rustic and some a little toastier than others, but they were delicious nonetheless
