Greek-ish Pasta Salad

I know I’ve posted pasta salads before, probably even similar to this one, but I’m posting this anyways.

I made this for dinner the other day and it was a great accompaniment.

It has whole wheat rotini, cucumber, bell pepper, olives and chickpeas. The only thing it was missing to make it truly greek was feta cheese.

It was super yummy and healthy with the protein boost from the chickpeas 

Quick to make, leftovers are delicious too.
