I saw on TV someone making an avocado crema and I thought that would be a good basis for a coleslaw dressing – and I was right!
All it had in it was avocado, a bit of sour cream, lemon juice, pinch of sugar, salt and pepper. It was a little thick, so I should’ve added a bit of water but it was good anyways.
I tossed that lovely dressing with shredded green cabbage (that I sliced myself) and match stick slices of apple.
Super green and healthy side dish.
