Overnight oats are such an easy breakfast because all you do is pop everything in a jar and throw it in the fridge to “cook”.
In mine, I put oats, almond milk, almonds, pomegranate, raspberries, salt, cinnamon and vanilla.
You could also put yogurt if you want, to make it a little thicker and add some more protein. You can also easily switch up the mixins – different fruits, other nuts, chocolate chips.
So many possibilities. Just make sure you use rolled or quick oats because they turn out the best. Steel cut oats need to be cooked over heat, thus cannot be prepared in this manner.
