I love biscotti. They’re such a good cookie and perfect for the holidays coming up soon.
I’ve made this recipe many times before from Canadian living recipes (link here). The only changes I made to the original recipe was using slivered almonds instead of whole; and cooking them on their side (and flipping halfway) for the second bake.
Such a good recipe and the orange zest really shines through and makes them extra delicious.
