Veggie Stirfry with Tofu

It was a hot and cold thing going on with this lunch.

I had a hot stirfry with bokchoy and leftover roasted asparagus and squash. Then I had a cold tofu that I just cut up into small cubes and pressed for a couple minutes. I seasoned both components with just teriyaki sauce and sriracha, then sprinkled sesame seeds on top at the end.

This was a really easy lunch but I wasn’t too full. So next time, I would put a bed of noodles or brown rice at the bottom of my bowl first then everything on top of that.
