Today has started off pretty cold and rainy so I thought it would be nice to have a warm bowl of oatmeal.
I cooked my oats in almond milk with a pinch of salt and cinnamon. When it was almost done, I stirred in some brown sugar.
In my bowl, I put sliced banana, almonds and toasted coconut chips (which are such a good snack on their own).
This was just a really good and hearty breakfast. Yummy in my tummy for sure.
