Tofu Fajita(ish) Bowl

I don’t know why but I love eating food in bowls instead of on plates.. anyone else feel the same? Anyways, this was the perfect meal that was made for a bowl.

Dinner tonight was a quinoa based bowl with baked tofu (oil, salt, pepper, chili powder, oregano, cumin, paprika), sauteed peppers and onions, and creamy coleslaw (sour cream, salt, pepper, chili powder, lime juice).

Such a good meal with the perfect amount of spice and the coleslaw balances everything out and adds a nice crunch.
