I know my previous post is a Greek salad, but this one has a twist.
Instead of this one being lettuce based, I used watermelon and chickpeas. Then I added feta cheese, kalamata olives, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, chili flakes and oregano (same dressing as last time).
This was a really nice salad with the crunchy and sweet balanced with the salty feta. The only thing I would have added (if I had some) would be a bit of fresh mint.
