When you have lots of fruit in the house, the best option is to make a crisp (or crumble – what’s the difference between them anyways?)
This dessert came together in no time and it couldn’t be simpler. The base is just cut peaches, some pear and lots of blueberries, mixed with a little flour and brown sugar.
The crumble has coconut oil, brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon and shredded coconut.
I literally popped it into a 375 oven and let it bake for 20 minutes.
The house smelled so good and it tasted delicious. This was such a healthy dessert but it didn’t taste like it was healthy – if you know what I mean.
