I know I’ve made pasta salad posts before – they’re just so easy and yummy and versatile. This one had corn, red bell pepper, green beans (that I cooked with the pasta when it was almost done), and kalamata olives.
The dressing was olive oil, red wine vinegar, spicy mustard, salt, pepper and a bit of sugar.
The whole thing was so simple and it was ready in about 30 minutes including pasta cooking time.
It looks amazing!
