Triple C Salad

Couscous, cucumber and chickpeas. Simple ingredients, delicious combination. I honestly love couscous based salads cause it’s so easy and quick and versatile.

So this salad had that delicious c-base, plus a dressing of red wine vinegar, lime juice, oregano, chili flakes and parsley. I didn’t even need salt or pepper this time. 

It was so simple, the hardest part was boiling the kettle to make the couscous (haha).
