Mixed Salad

I really didn’t know what to call this salad. I used the word mixed because it turned out to be a mix of many different things. 

I got iceberg lettuce, cabbage, cucumber, bell pepper, dried cranberries, sliced olives, chickpeas and avocado. The only dressing I put was a little walnut oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper.

This was so simple and there was no cooking involved which made it even better. It was just a quick but filling dinner.
