Chicken Stirfry

I made dinner with like 10 ingredients. Pretty good, if I do say so myself.

So from the title, you know I made a stirfry. It had leftover rotisserie chicken, peppers, yellow and green onion, ginger, soy sauce, sriracha, honey and sesame oil. I put all that on top of some egg noodles. And sesame seeds for decoration cause they’re pretty. I just did the counting, and it seems like that was ingredient 11, so I was a little off in my prediction – but not too shabby.

Anyways, this dinner had tons of good flavour. The chicken was so juicy cause it absorbed all the sauce ingredients. This recipe took boring old rotisserie chicken and made it a little more exciting.
