I made a super awesome dinner that had a complete theme today. It was kind of a big deal.
I made these falafels (recipe from minimalistbaker.com) but I baked instead of fried them cause I hate frying. They were softer than they should be but still delicious.
To go with them, I made roasted potatoes (olive oil, salt, pepper, chili flakes, dried parsley and oregano) and a simple tomato cucumber salad (lemon juice, red wine vinegar, honey, salt, pepper).
Honestly I think middle eastern food is one of my favourite cuisines to make (and eat haha).
