Another super easy meal, brought to you by me!
This meal was kind of a cross between peanut noodles and a regular stirfry. Just sauteed some onions, carrots and peppers, then add ginger and a few chilis for flavour. Once that’s all blended nicely, add cooked spaghetti (you can use real asian style noodles instead). Then pour the super easy sauce (peanut butter, starchy pasta cooking water, sesame oil, honey, soy sauce) on top and serve with peanuts and sesame seeds. So good!
