This was a super awesome and kind of cheating way to make a nice noodle bowl. So the base is actually spaghetti squash flavoured with soy sauce, honey, sriracha and sesame oil. This is a really nice alternative to real pasta, so much healthier too.
On top, I have some roasted asparagus, edamame and these yummy sweet potato and chia bites (Yves cuisine). So I may not have totally made all the components for this dinner but it was still really good. And I have been loving all of the Yves cuisine products!
