I love couscous. This will be my 6th couscous recipe on my blog now. I just had some leftovers in the fridge, so I made a simple, mexican inspired salad. I used blackbeans, edamame, parsley, lime juice, honey, salt and pepper, and sriracha on top. I know it is so easy, but I thought it looked really pretty and wanted to share. Get cooking!
