I’ve heard of buddha bowls but I’m still not really sure what they are. I think they’re just a bowl full of lots of different things. So that’s what I made.
This bowl had couscous on the bottom, then there’s tuna, mango, avocado, chickpeas and lettuce on top. Then drizzled over everything is a peanut butter based dressing (peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, honey and ground ginger).
I wil definitely eat this again, so good!
