Super duper yummy in my tummy dinner. It was really good. It’s a recipe from Minimalist Baker (I think it was called crispy peanut tofu and cauliflower stir fry).
The sauce was so good, I think next time, I’ll put a little less soy sauce because it tasted a bit too salty. Overall really yummy and healthy recipe.
And you could easily use real rice instead of the cauliflower. Very versatile
