I made a super healthy and very green lunch today. I kinda just had these things on hand and wanted to use them up. It’s basically just sauteed zucchini, kale and edamame, with soy sauce, sriracha and ground ginger. Super easy and you can totally use whatever vegetables you’d like. You can also add chicken, beef, tofu or noodles to make it a more complete meal.
