Here’s another spiralized zucchini salad. I’m really trying to make 2017 a healthy year, so I’m gonna load up.on more vegetables and try to increase my raw foods when possible.
This salad is very basic. The sauce was peanut butter, sesame oil, sriracha and soy sauce. I also added peanuts, black sesame seeds and sunflower seeds for crunch.
This could be a great lunch or side dish to along with a protein of choice. Enjoy!
