I know I’ve made a few chilis before, but they’re just so easy and you can honestly add whatever you like.
This one has ground beef, corn, black beans, onion, red peppers, swiss chard and a whole lot of spices (not joking, I used 10 different things). Super simple, I was done start to finish in about 25 minutes. Just eat it with some tortilla chips, and you have an awesome mexican dinner.
