Yogurt Covered Fruit

I live in Canada, and while you may think it’s just snow and igloos all year round, you are incorrect. We have summer too. It doesn’t last for long, but it exists. And when summer is here, it gets pretty hot, but also quite humid.

On days like today, I like to have a nice refreshing snack that will help cool me down. So I made this little snack of raspberries and banana chunks covered in yogurt then I stuck them in the freezer for about an hour to harden. They come out firm and taste like frozen yogurt. It is such an easy snack and they taste really good.

If you wanted to make them, you could use any fruit or yogurt that you’d like. This is a very versatile recipe and I know you’ll like it if you try it.
