Today I made these delicious biscotti. I found the recipe on the Canadian living website (called classic almond biscotti) and they turned out quite well. The dough was really easy to make and not too unhealthy. They are nicely golden and crunchy. The orange zest gives a nice freshness. The only thing I would comment is that when you put them back in the oven to cook for the second time, the recipe says to have them in for 20-25 minutes, but I had mine in for just over 15 minutes. So if you want to make these, be sure you keep an eye on them to avoid burning them. Otherwise, super good recipe and I will make them again.
