Beef Stirfry

Wow, two posts in one day! For dinner tonight, I made a beef stirfry with bok choy and peppers. From start to finish, including prep time, it took about 30 minutes, which is pretty good. I flavoured it with some soy sauce, sriracha and a bit of honey to balance the heat. It’s simple food, done right.
